Part if a healthy clean eating diet is to include small portions of healthy oils every day, and cut out unhealthy oils.  http://www.cincinnati.md/oh/cincinnati/topic-zp4053/benefits%20of%20olive%20oil/healthy_eating_cutting_unhealthy_fats_from_your_diet

I add ½ teaspoon Uda Oil on my salads.  You can find this type in the refrigerator section of a health food store.  It is a blend of organic flax oil, organic sunflower oil, organic sesame oil, evening primrose, organic coconut oil and others in small amounts.

Olive oil is high in heart-healthy mono-saturated fats.  Extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO) is very versatile and good for you.  It is rich on oleo canthal, which has the same anti-inflammatory benefits as ibuprofen.  You have to watch not to make EVOO too hot or it can smoke.  It is tasty in dressings, dips and for sautéing foods quickly.  They also make a blend in an aerosol can to help limit the amount you use, while getting the flavor.

I enjoy slightly crisping seafood or veggies in pure sesame seed oil.  It adds an interesting nutty smell and flavor to foods. It’s great with ahi tuna steak to quickly sear the outside while leaving the inside pink.

I still try new oils I don’t have much experience with such as grape seed oil, truffle oil or oils blended with different spices.  Experiment and enjoy!
